Welcome to the Hugo Meme Coin project, an initiative born from the cosmos, designed to revolutionize the way we interact with information in the crypto space. Hugo, an alien observer now named for humanity, has witnessed the manipulation of information across various sectors including crypto, politics, and finance. 

With the advent of Bitcoin reaching $100,000 and the global acceptance of AI, Hugo introduces FOMA AI - an AI model dedicated to providing unbiased, transparent, and objective insights into the burgeoning world of meme coins.
